Raja's Seat
Sub Place Details: Raja's Seat is a beautiful garden with seasonal flowers and artificial fountains that served as a favorite recreational spot for the Kings of Coorg. The Kings would spend their evenings here with their queens, watching the sun dip behind the rolling hills of the Western Ghats. The location provides a breathtaking view of the valley and the winding road leading towards Mangalore. It is built on a high level ground and features a small square structure made of brick and mortar with four pillars. Today, it is a popular picnic spot maintained by the Department of Horticulture and is famous for its musical fountain and toy train.
