The Spiritual Soul of Assam: Majuli Island is a lush, green, and environment-friendly river island nestled in the mighty Brahmaputra River. Known as the cultural capital of Assam, it was once the primary hub of the neo-Vaishnavite movement started by the saint-reformer Srimanta Sankardeva.
