By Road: It is approximately 140 km from Kolkata via the Arambagh route; the roads are generally in good condition, and state-run buses ply regularly from the Esplanade bus stand.
By Local Transport: Within the town, cycle-rickshaws and e-rickshaws (Totos) are the most convenient way to navigate the narrow lanes and reach different temple clusters.
