Packing: Carry a small water bottle (refillable from the clean stream if you have a purifier), a light jacket (the area is shaded and cool), and a wide-angle lens for photography.
Respect the Environment: Do not leave any trash. Do not climb on the wet, slippery rocks directly at the waterfall. Respect the privacy of the villagers' orchards and stay on the marked path.
Acclimatization: Though Turtuk is lower, a good level of physical fitness makes the short uphill climb more comfortable.
Water Quality: The water is pristine glacial melt, but caution is still advised; boil or purify it if planning to drink.:
