Bir Billing
Bir Billing is a world-famous destination consisting of two villages: Billing (the takeoff point) and Bir (the landing site). It gained international fame after hosting the Paragliding World Cup in 2015. The takeoff site at Billing is situated at an altitude of 2400 meters, providing one of the best aero-sports sites in the world. The flight offers a bird's-eye view of the entire Kangra Valley, tea gardens, and the majestic Himalayan peaks. Bir is also a significant center for Tibetan culture, home to several beautiful monasteries like the Chokling Monastery.
