By Train: Trivandrum Central is the closest major railway station, about 28 KMS away. Local trains also stop at Neyyattinkara station, which is only 10 KMS from the site.
By Road: Poovar is well connected by the Kovalam-Vizhinjam road. Frequent KSRTC buses run from Trivandrum city.
By Local Transport: Once in Poovar, the only way to reach the Sunset Point is via a 15-minute boat ride from the local jetties. :
