How to Reach

By Air: The nearest airport is Lengpui (Aizawl), about 90 KM away. You can hire a taxi directly to Bairabi, which takes around 3 hours through winding but scenic mountain roads.

By Train: You can arrive directly at Bairabi Railway Station, which is the destination itself. Trains run from Silchar, connecting the town to the rest of the Indian Railways network.

By Road: Bairabi is connected to Kolasib (45 KM) and Vairengte (28 KM) via well-maintained roads. Regular sumos and local buses ply between these towns throughout the day.

By Local Transport: Auto-rickshaws are the primary mode of transport within Bairabi town. They are cheap and can take you to Zero Point, the dam site, and the market area easily.
