Processing and Storage Unit Dimensions: Inside, the factory is compartmentalized into areas for cleaning, boiling, smoking, canning/packing, and cold storage, with cold storage units often measuring around 15 Metric Tons (MT) in capacity. The processing floor is designed for high-volume, linear flow, with large steel vats for boiling and wide tables for cleaning.
