Winter Season : November to February is ideal as the air is clear, providing the best visibility of the distant mountains and the dam.

Monsoon Season : August and September are spectacular as you can see the Narmada in its full glory and the dam overflowing.

Summer Season : Not ideal due to haze, but the gallery is wind-cooled and provides a respite from the ground heat.

Time of Day : Morning (09:00 AM) is best to avoid the long elevator queues that build up later in the day.
