Chhingpuii Thlan
Chhingpuii Thlan is a poignant stone memorial dedicated to the tragic love story of a beautiful woman named Chhingpuii and her husband Kaptuanga. Legend has it that Chhingpuii was kidnapped and killed during the tribal wars between rival chiefs in the late 19th century. Devastated by the loss of hi s beloved wife, Kaptuanga committed suicide at this very spot to join her in the afterlife.
