By Train: The nearest major railway station is Ambikapur Railway Station (ABKP) (approx. 55 KMS to Mainpat center, then 17 KMS further), a direct hired taxi to Fish Point is the most convenient option, taking about 2 hours in total from the station.
By Road: The site is located about 17 KMS from the central Mainpat market and about 72 KMS from Ambikapur, the road to the point is scenic and generally manageable, although the last few kilometers can be a little rough, suitable for cars and two-wheelers.
By Local Transport: Due to the distance, local auto-rickshaws or shared taxis from the central Mainpat area are a good option, but it's essential to pre-negotiate the fare and ensure the driver is willing to wait, as return transport can be scarce.
