By Train: The closest railhead is Pathankot Junction (PTK), 80 KM away. Take a taxi or bus from Pathankot to Dalhousie. Once in town, the road is centrally located.
By Road: Garam Sadak is a central feature of Dalhousie and is accessible from any part of the town. You can drive to either Gandhi Chowk or Subhash Chowk and park your vehicle before beginning the walk.
By Local Transport: As it is in the town center, you can walk to it from nearly any hotel in the main market areas. Local taxis or auto-rickshaws will drop you at the entrance of either Chowk. No vehicles are allowed on the path itself.
