By Air: Nearest is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (DED), approx. 139 KMS. Taxi to Chakrata then local taxi/jeep to Kanasar.

By Train: Nearest is Dehradun Railway Station, approx. 116 KMS. Bus/Taxi to Chakrata then local transport to Kanasar.

By Road: Take the Chakrata-Tuni Road; it is about a 1. 5-hour drive. Hire a local taxi or shared jeep from Chakrata Market.

By Local Transport: Shared local jeeps or taxis are the most convenient way from the main Chakrata market.
