Description: Moigad Falls is a beautiful natural waterfall located right on the Delhi-Yamunotri Road (NH-507), making it easily accessible and a popular pit stop for travelers. Plunging from a height of approximately 50 meters (164 feet), the milky white water creates a spectacular sight and a refre shing atmosphere. The fall is surrounded by dense forests, and its pool at the bottom is safe enough for a refreshing bath during the summer months. Its easy roadside accessibility, unlike most other Chakrata falls, makes it very popular for quick breaks and picnics, situated relatively lower in altitude compared to the main town. Accessibility: It is one of the most accessible waterfalls in the region, right off the national highway. Size: The waterfall is quite large, with a descent of about 50 meters. Picnic Popularity: The area around the base is level and safe, making it an excellent spot for families and groups to picnic.

By Air: Nearest is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun (DED), approx. 116 KMS. Hire a taxi to the falls via the Yamunotri Road.

By Train: Nearest is Dehradun Railway Station, approx. 87 KMS. Hire a taxi towards Yamunotri to reach the fall.

By Road: It is located directly on the Dehradun-Yamunotri Road (NH-507), 29 KMS from Chakrata and 69 KMS from Dehradun.

By Local Transport: Easily reachable by any bus or taxi going from Dehradun/Vikasnagar towards Yamunotri or Chakrata.
