By Train: The nearest major railhead is Ernakulam Junction (Kochi, Kerala). From Kochi, you must switch to air travel to Agatti and then take a boat to Kadmat.
By Road: The island is not accessible by road. All road travel ends at Kochi, Kerala.
By Local Transport: Once on Kadmat Island, the entire island is traversable by foot, or you can hire a local bicycle or a battery-operated rickshaw for a small fee. The total island length is only 8 km.
