By Train: Nearest is Kotdwar (KTW) at 40 KMs. Take a cab or shared jeep to Lansdowne. From Lansdowne, hire a local taxi to the starting point of the trek (around 12-15 KMs drive).
By Road: Drive from Delhi to Lansdowne (250-280 KMs). From Lansdowne, take the road towards the direction of Dhaksun or Palkot village. The last section involves a short but necessary trek of about 500 meters to 1 KM from where the vehicle road ends.
By Local Transport: From Lansdowne's main market, hire a local private taxi for a round trip. Shared jeeps going towards the villages might drop you near the point, but a dedicated taxi is more reliable for this secluded spot. :
