By Air: Nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun (DED), approximately 100 KMS away. Hire a taxi directly to the garden via Chakrata; By Train: Nearest major railway station is Dehradun Railway Station (DDN), approximately 90 KMS away. Take a taxi or bus to Chakrata, and then a local cab/bus towards Mussoorie Road to reach the garden; By Road: Ram Tal Garden is located conveniently on the well-paved Chakrata-Mussoorie Road, about 10 KMS from Chakrata market. It is easily accessible by any vehicle, including private cars and buses; By Local Transport: Local shared taxis (Jeeps) and private cabs are readily available from the main Chakrata taxi stand, taking only about 20-30 minutes to reach.
