How to Reach

By Air: The nearest major airport is Birsa Munda Airport (IXR) in Ranchi, approximately 150 to 160 KMS away. Another viable option is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU) in Kolkata, which is about 250 KMS away. From either airport, you would need to hire a pre-booked taxi or take a train to Ghatsila, followed by local transport to the waterpark.

By Train: The most convenient way is by train. The nearest major station is Ghatsila Railway Station (GTS), which is well-connected to major cities like Howrah (Kolkata), Mumbai, and Delhi via trains like the Steel Express or Ispat Express. From Ghatsila station, the park is about 10 KMS away. A closer station is Galudih (GUL), which is only a 5-minute walk from the park, making it the best option if your train stops there.

By Road: The waterpark is located right on National Highway 33 (NH-33), which makes road travel very straightforward. It is about 30 KMS from Jamshedpur (a one-hour drive) and approximately 250 KMS from Kolkata (a 4-5 hour drive). You can hire a private cab or take a state/private bus plying between Jamshedpur and Ghatsila/Baharagora, getting off at the Galudih Barrage stop.

By Local Transport: From Ghatsila town, you can easily hire an auto-rickshaw or a local taxi. Shared auto-rickshaws are a cheaper option but might take longer. If you arrive at Galudih Railway Station, the park is within easy walking distance (less than 1 KM). Taxis or cabs from Jamshedpur are often the most comfortable option. :
