How To Reach French Bungalow
How to Reach
By Train: The nearest major station is Katpadi Junction (KPD). From Katpadi, take a train or a bus to Arni (25 KM away).
By Road: The ruin is located in Poosimalaikuppam, near the town of Arni, which is about 30-35 KM south-east of Vellore. Hiring a private taxi or an auto-rickshaw for a round trip from Vellore is the most reliable way to reach the remote location, as public transport access is limited. Be sure to use a map application or ask locals for the final turnoff.
By Local Transport: From Arni town, you can take a local auto-rickshaw to the Poosimalaikuppam area, but you may have to walk the final, rugged distance through the forest to the actual bungalow.
