How to Reach

By Air: The closest airport is Bagdogra (IXB), approximately 124 KMS away. From the airport, a pre-booked private cab is necessary to reach Lolegaon market, taking around 4. 5 to 5 hours. From Lolegaon, a local vehicle or a hike is needed to reach Kaffergaon.

By Train: New Jalpaiguri (NJP) station, about 119 KMS distant, is the main rail entry point. The taxi journey to Lolegaon is long and winding. From the Lolegaon market, Kaffergaon is a short, uphill, and sometimes rough road drive.

By Road: Kaffergaon is connected to the main Lolegaon road by a small, narrow, uphill track, which is often unpaved and can be difficult for standard cars, especially after the monsoon. Shared local Jeeps or pre-booked taxis are the best options for the final leg of the journey.

By Local Transport: From the main Lolegaon market, Kaffergaon is about 4 KMS away. While a local taxi can be hired, an enjoyable and popular option is to hike the entire distance (about 1 hour) to truly appreciate the landscape.
