By Train: The most convenient way is by train to Ghatsila Railway Station (Station Code: GSL), which is well-connected to major cities, especially Kolkata (Howrah/Sealdah) via trains like Steel Express or Howrah-Barbil Jan Shatabdi Express. Ghatsila Railway Station is approximately 5. 5 KMs from the Ratmohona area. From the station, you can easily hire an auto-rickshaw, a local taxi, or use the resort's pickup service to complete the final leg of the journey to the riverside. The railway journey is comfortable and scenic.
By Road: Ratmohona (via Ghatsila) is easily accessible by road, situated close to National Highway 33 (NH-33), which connects Ranchi and Jamshedpur to Kolkata. It is approximately 45 KMs from Jamshedpur and 240 KMs from Kolkata by road. Driving to Ratmohona is straightforward, and the roads are generally in good condition.
