Italian Neo-Classical: The architecture is strictly a New-Urbanist interpretation of the Italian Neo-Classical style, characterized by bright, multi-coloured facades, arched windows and doorways, wrought-iron balconies, and tiled roofs. The buildings are typically 3 to 4 storeys high. The promenade itself is a wide, paved pedestrian walkway, estimated to be around 15 meters wide and over 500 meters in length, running parallel to the lake.
Materials and Dimensions:
Walkway and Street Furniture: The walkway is paved with patterned cobblestones or large, decorative tiles. Street furniture, including lamp posts, seating benches, and decorative bollards, is intentionally stylized to match the European theme. A low, decorative stone wall separates the promenade from the lake edge. The multi-coloured buildings create an iconic visual pattern with varying facade widths (approx. 8-12 meters per unit), ensuring a dynamic and non-monotonous streetscape. -
