Mandasaru Nature Camp
Mandasaru Nature Camp is perched on a high plateau and is often referred to as the "Silent Valley of Odisha." It offers a breathtaking view of the Mandasaru Gorge, which is a deep valley surrounded by 22 hills. The camp is managed by local forest protection committees, promoting eco-tourism and sus tainability. The altitude is approximately 3280 feet, making it one of the highest points in the region. The valley is home to six waterfalls, two of which are perennial. The area is shrouded in thick fog during the mornings, giving it a mystical appearance. It is a haven for biodiversity, hosting numerous species of mammals, birds, and butterflies. The eco-resort provides wooden cottages and watchtower rooms that overlook the vast expanse of the green gorge. It is the perfect destination for those seeking solitude and a deep connection with the wilderness, away from any urban noise.
