The park consists of a butterfly conservatory (a dome-shaped enclosure designed to maintain a controlled micro-climate), a museum, and an audio-visual room, all designed to facilitate the breeding, conservation, and study of butterflies.
Dimension and Scale: The larger Bannerghatta National Park is over 104. 27 sq. Kms, while the tourist-friendly Biological Park section is significantly smaller, focusing on concentrated conservation and viewing areas.
