Bhedaghat Dhuandhar Falls
The Dhuandhar Falls is the most powerful and breathtaking attraction in Bhedaghat. The name is derived from two Hindi words: "Dhuan" meaning smoke and "Dhar" meaning flow. As the mighty Narmada River traverses the marble gorge, it narrows significantly before plunging over a massive rock ledge, cre ating a waterfall so powerful that the impact generates a thick, smoky mist that rises high into the air. The roar of the falling water is audible from several kilometers away, signifying the sheer force of nature.
