By Train: Banga Railway Station is the nearest railhead, about 3 KMS from Sotran. Taxis and rickshaws are easily available from the station to take you to the village. Major trains stop at Phagwara, from where you can take a bus or taxi.
By Road: Sotran is located just a few kilometers off the main Jalandhar-Chandigarh Highway. If you are taking a bus, get down at the Banga bus stand and hire a local rickshaw. The road to the village is well-paved.
By Local Transport: Auto-rickshaws are the most common way to get from Banga to Sotran. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes and goes through some lovely rural scenery. For those who enjoy cycling, it is a pleasant ride from the town center.
