Komlakhong Chingthi Hill
Komlakhong Chingthi Hill is an emerging tourist destination that offers one of the most serene and untouched natural experiences in the Kakching region. Unlike the more developed Kakching Garden, this hill provides a more rugged and authentic trekking experience. The hill is covered with local tree s and wild shrubs, providing a green canopy that stays cool even during the summer. From the top, visitors can see the vast expanse of the Manipur valley, including glimpses of the Loktak Lake on a clear day. The area is also culturally significant as it houses local deities and is a site for traditional rituals. It is particularly popular among the youth of Kakching and Thoubal for day treks and group picnics.
