Pamzal Lui Tuikia
Pamzal Lui Tuikia is a hidden waterfall and stream located in the rugged terrains of Pamzal. Unlike the more commercialized spots, this location offers a raw and rugged experience of the Manipuri highlands. The name "Lui Tuikia" refers to the falling water of the river, and the spot is known for its crystal-clear turquoise pools. The journey to the falls involves a bit of off-roading, which adds to the adventure. Surrounded by dense bamboo groves and tropical foliage, the air here is incredibly fresh. The site is a favorite among local youth for "adventure picnics," where they cook traditional meals over open fires by the riverside. The water is remarkably cold, even in the summer, providing a natural ice bath for tired travelers. It is a place where you can truly disconnect from technology, as the deep valley often limits mobile reception. The geological formations around the stream include massive boulders that serve as perfect platforms for lounging or sunbathing after a swim.
