This mosque is a masterpiece of Indo-Islamic architecture and a symbol of personal devotion. It was founded by Gedu Mian, a humble elephant driver who later became a successful contractor. In 1942, he won a contract to build the Narsingarh Airport and used his profits to construct this magnificent shrine. The mosque is built almost entirely of imported white marble, which makes it stand out against the city's brick buildings. It is the largest mosque in Tripura and serves as a major spiritual center for the Muslim community. The atmosphere inside is one of extreme peace and piety, inviting people of all faiths to admire its beauty. :
