Reviews Of Ropeway/Cable Car
Thrilling Ride Over the Dhuandhar Falls: The Ropeway in Bhedaghat is a high-demand tourist attraction that offers a magnificent, panoramic, and thrilling aerial view of the famous Dhuandhar Falls and the breathtaking Marble Rocks gorge. The cable car system provides a safe and comfortable ride from one bank of the Narmada River to the other, gliding directly over the cascading 'smoke cascade' waterfall. The ride lasts a short but impactful duration, offering photographers and sightseers an unparalleled perspective of the river's power as it plunges 30 meters down, creating a misty spray that gives the falls its name, Dhuandhar, meaning 'smoke flow'. The journey is highly recommended as it complements the boat ride perfectly, allowing visitors to appreciate the massive scale of the gorge and the dramatic impact of the falls from above. It serves as both a mode of transport and a major sightseeing activity, linking the Chausath Yogini Temple side with the falls viewing area. The engineering provides a smooth, gentle ascent and descent, making it enjoyable for families and people of all ages. This modern facility enhances the overall tourist experience at Bhedaghat, allowing for a complete appreciation of the geological and hydrological wonders of the Narmada Valley. The views of the swirling currents and the sheer white cliffs from the cable car are spectacular, particularly during the late afternoon hours. (Word Count: ?210)
