History and Conversion: The Judge's Court is a distinguished brick-red mansion, originally built in 1918 by the grandfather of the current owner, Justice Sir Jai Lal, the second Indian to become a Judge of the Punjab High Court. After years of disuse, it was meticulously restored and converted into a classified Heritage Hotel by his grandson, Mr. Vijai Lal. It is one of the most prominent landmarks of the Pragpur Heritage Zone, situated slightly away from the dense village core amidst 12 acres of lush greens and orchards.
