By Air: Gaggal Airport is the nearest, about 68 KMS away; taxis are easily available for the 2-hour drive.

By Train: The Pathankot railway station is the major hub, or use the narrow-gauge Ahju station (3 KMS away).

By Road: Well-connected to Pragpur via Palampur and Baijnath on the Mandi-Pathankot highway.

By Local Transport: Walking and cycling are the best ways to explore Bir; local taxis are used for the trip up to Billing.
