By Train: The nearest major railway access is via Dimapur Railway Station (DMV) in Nagaland, about 210 kilometers from Ukhrul. The long, scenic road journey from Dimapur to Ukhrul is completed by shared or private taxi.

By Road: Ukhrul town is well-served by road, connected to Imphal via NH-150 (83 KMS), a route frequently covered by state buses and shared Sumo taxis. From the main town, the park is approximately 5-7 KMS distant, requiring local conveyance for the final segment.

By Local Transport: Being only about 5-7 KMS from the Ukhrul City Center, El Shaddai Park is easily reached by Local Transport.
