How to Reach

By Air: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport (NAG) is the nearest, approximately 10-12 KM away. Take a pre-paid taxi or app-based cab. The drive to the lake is straightforward.

By Train: Nagpur Junction (NGP) is the main station, about 6 KM away. Hire an auto-rickshaw or cab. The journey is short and the route is well-known to all local transporters.

By Road: Futala Lake is easily accessible via Amravati Road and is well-signposted. From the city center, it's a popular and quick drive.

By Local Transport: Nagpur Metro (Aqua Line) is a clean and efficient option; the nearest metro station is Dharampeth College Metro Station (2. 6 KM away). From the metro station, a short auto-rickshaw ride will take you directly to the lakefront. Local buses frequently ply routes close to Futala. Auto-rickshaws and app-based cabs are abundantly available throughout the day and evening, offering direct travel to the Chowpatty area.
