By Train: The closest railway station is Kathgodam Railway Station (KGM), about 40 KMS away. From Kathgodam, take a taxi to Nainital. Once in town, hire a local cab or pony from Mall Road or Bara Pathar to reach the spot.
By Road: The viewpoint is accessible by a motorable road that goes up the Ayarpatta Ridge (shared route with Snow View Point and Tiffin Top). It is a key stop on the local sightseeing circuit, easily reachable by private or shared tourist taxis from Mall Road.
By Local Transport: A local jeep or shared taxi is the most practical way to reach the point. The steep, 5 KM ascent from the town center makes walking a rigorous trek (approximately 1. 5 - 2 hours uphill). Pony rides are also a popular local option.
