Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India:

The falls cascade down from a height of about 27 meters (90 feet), creating a refreshing natural pool at the base. It is a favored weekend getaway for the residents of Madurai who seek a break from the heat and the city's commotion. Seasonal Nature and Water Flow: The waterfall is highly seasonal, with the water flow being entirely dependent on the monsoon rains in the surrounding hills. Nearby, the Swami Ramanagiri Ashram is a place of attraction, offering a tranquil spot for meditation amidst mango farms and is a natural habitat for peacocks.
