How to Reach

Accessible by Field Roads:

By Air: Fly to Imphal and travel to Kakching via NH 102.

By Train: Nearest major station is Dimapur, followed by a road journey to Kakching.

By Road: From Kakching town, head south towards the Lousi area. The main roads are paved, but the paths into the fields are dirt tracks.

By Local Transport: A hired auto-rickshaw or a two-wheeler is the best way to navigate the narrow embankments and reach the heart of the wetland from Kakching bazaar.
