Islamnagar Fort
Islamnagar Fort, originally known as Jagadishpur, is a historical site that served as the first capital of the princely state of Bhopal. It was captured and renamed by the Afghan commander Dost Mohammad Khan in 1715. The complex is a fascinating mix of ruins and well-preserved structures, primarily consisting of the Chaman Mahal (Garden Palace) and the Rani Mahal (Queen's Palace).
