Introduction to the Shrine: Shadani Darbar is a massive, revered pilgrimage center spread over 12 acres on Dhantari Road near Raipur. It holds immense spiritual significance, primarily for the Sindhi community, but it welcomes devotees from all faiths. The Darbar is named after the founder, Sant Sha daramji Saheb, who initiated the tradition of selfless service and spiritual guidance in the 18th century. The current Darbar in Raipur is a sprawling modern complex built to serve as a major spiritual center after the original Darbar in Sindh (Pakistan). Spiritual Practices: The complex is dedicated to daily prayer and service. The central hall houses the Dhuni Saheb's idol, and daily rituals like the Dukh Bhanjan Dhuni are performed, attracting a large number of followers. The entire atmosphere is one of profound devotion, community service, and peace. Modern Facilities: The Darbar has expanded to include guest facilities, langar (community kitchen) halls, and a beautiful open area adorned with statues and musical fountains depicting religious themes, making it a well-rounded pilgrimage and tourist destination. Its sheer scale and organization reflect the large, dedicated community it serves.
