How to Reach

By Air: Fly to Imphal's Bir Tikendrajit International Airport (IMF), which is approximately 35-40 KMS away. From the airport, hire a pre-paid taxi towards Moirang and then to Shunushiphai. The journey takes about 1 hour.

By Train: The closest major railway station is still Dimapur Railway Station (DMV) in Nagaland (approx. 200 KMS). The road journey from Dimapur to Imphal and then to the village is long and involves multiple changes of transport (train to bus/shared taxi to local transport).

By Road: The village is located near Moirang on the route from Imphal. Take a shared Tata Sumo or Winger service from Imphal's Kwakeithel or Waheng Leikai areas that go towards Moirang or Keibul Lamjao. Ask the driver to drop you at Shunushiphai near the handloom cluster. A private taxi is the most convenient option. The main National Highway 2 (NH 2) provides good connectivity.

By Local Transport: From Bishnupur town center, hire an auto-rickshaw or a local taxi for the approximately 12 KMS journey. Shared auto-rickshaws towards Moirang are the most budget-friendly choice.
