By Train: Nearest railhead is Dimapur Railway Station (DMV) in Nagaland (~359 KM). From Dimapur, take a hired cab to Ukhrul (9-10 hours), followed by a local transfer to Talui.
By Road: From Ukhrul town center (45 KM), hire a dedicated taxi or shared local jeep heading north-east towards Talui village. The journey takes about 2-3 hours due to the hilly terrain. The road condition is often rough, requiring a sturdy vehicle.
By Local Transport: Shared jeeps (Sumo/Winger) are the most reliable local transport from the Ukhrul town market to Talui, but they operate only when full, so allow ample time.
