Interpreting this as the Nichinai Valley and its adjacent views, this location is a breathtaking alpine meadow that must be crossed on the way to Vishansar Lake. The valley is famous for its stunning, wide-open expanse, often covered in colourful wildflowers during July and August. The trek starts n ear Shitkadi and involves a steep climb followed by a gentle walk through this expansive valley before the ascent to Nichinai Pass. It offers a pastoral landscape of rolling green slopes, winding glacial streams, and views of massive, snow-laden peaks. The valley is a temporary home to the nomadic Gujjar and Bakarwal communities, with their distinctive mud and stone huts and grazing flocks, creating a scene reminiscent of the vast meadows of Yusmarg. It serves as an important, beautiful campsite on the multi-day trek route.
