Seva Kunj

Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, India (Country):
Seva Kunj (Bower of Service) is a deeply sacred grove closely associated with the nightly Rasa Lila of Radha and Krishna, much like Nidhivan, and is often considered a twin site. The name Seva Kunj comes from the belief that Lord Krishna would personally perform seva (intimate, loving service) for R adha Rani here, massaging her feet and preparing her for the divine dance. Like Nidhivan, the complex is dominated by dense, low, intertwined trees and is strictly closed after sunset, based on the same enduring legend that no one must witness the divine couple's nightly pastimes. It was discovered by Swami Hit Harivansh, the founder of the Radha Vallabh Sampradaya, in the 16th century. The serene atmosphere, small temples, and the legend of divine seva make it a tranquil and mystically powerful pilgrimage spot.:
