By Train::The nearest station is Haridwar Junction (HW), approximately 3 KMs away. From the station, you can take a local auto-rickshaw or cycle rickshaw directly to the tank, which is a short and easy ride.
By Road::The tank is located on the road leading from Har Ki Pauri towards the main highway/barrage. It is a well-known, highly accessible landmark. Private vehicles can be driven to the location, where parking is usually available.
By Local Transport::Local auto-rickshaws and cycle rickshaws are the most common means of transport, especially from the Har Ki Pauri area. It is a slightly longer walk (approx. 30-40 minutes) from Har Ki Pauri, but many people prefer to walk along the canal road.
