Bansilalpet Step Well
The Bansilalpet Step Well, historically known as Nagannakunta, is a magnificent 17th-century water structure that recently underwent a massive restoration project spearheaded by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and The Rainwater Project. The restoration, completed in 2022, uncovered its l ost glory, removing tonnes of debris that had accumulated over decades, transforming it from a neglected dumping ground into a significant urban heritage site and a model for urban renewal.
