Vijay Vilas Palace
Vijay Vilas Palace is a magnificent heritage site located in the coastal town of Mandvi, standing as a testament to the opulence of the Kutch royalty. Built in 1920 and completed in 1929, the palace was designed as a summer resort for Maharaj Kumar Shri Vijayaraji, after whom it is named. After the 2001 earthquake, the royal family of Kutch moved here permanently, as their primary residence in Bhuj was severely damaged.
