By Train: Bhuj Railway Station (BHUJ) is approximately 5 KMS from Smritivan. An auto-rickshaw is the fastest and most convenient local transport option, taking about 15 to 20 minutes. Since the memorial is a major, recently inaugurated site, drivers are well-informed.
By Road: Smritivan is situated atop the Bhujiyo Dungar and is easily accessible from the city center via a well-marked road. If driving, follow the signs for the Bhujia Fort, as the memorial complex is located right next to it. Local GSRTC buses do not go directly to the top, so you will need to take an auto-rickshaw from the main road or the Bhuj Bus Port.
By Local Transport: Given the hill location, taking an auto-rickshaw is mandatory for a comfortable visit. You may need to hire an auto-rickshaw for a round trip that waits for you, as empty autos may not frequently travel back down the hill. Alternatively, use a ride-share service. The visit is often combined with the nearby Bhujia Fort for a comprehensive tour. :
