Local Observances: Shivaratri is celebrated with night-long chanting (Jagran), which, though smaller than the main temple's event, is characterized by its deep, authentic devotional intensity and simplicity. These events draw dedicated local devotees and disciples of the lineage, providing a glimpse into the unadulterated spiritual culture of the region, marked by simple offerings and heartfelt recitations.Best Photo Spots:

Rustic Architecture Shots:Photograph the ancient-looking, simple walls, the traditional doors, and the central Dhuni (sacred fire pit) of the ashram, focusing on textures and the austere beauty. Use the surrounding large trees to frame the shots.
Sunset Silhouette:The area is perfect for capturing a silhouette of the ashram or a meditating Sadhu against the backdrop of the vibrant Malwa sunset. This captures the essence of Omkareshwar's quiet spiritual side. The simple stone entrance gate with the worn wooden door makes an excellent subject for detail photography.Photo Gallery
