By Air: The nearest airport is Dimapur (around 500 KM away), followed by a long road journey through Tuensang district.

By Train: Dimapur Railway Station is the closest; from there, one must travel to Tuensang by bus or taxi before heading to Noklak.

By Road: Noklak is connected via Tuensang; the road is rugged and requires a 4-wheel drive vehicle, especially during the monsoon season.

By Local Transport: Shared sumos (jeeps) are the lifeline for transport from Tuensang to Noklak, usually leaving early in the morning for the 4-5 hour drive.
